Hi there, I’m Chrissy and I started Sassy Creative Design in 2014. I’m an owner/operator providing Virtual Assistant, Graphic Design and Marketing services to businesses and individuals on a freelance basis, and I love my job!
With over 20 years of mixed experience in Personal/Executive Assistance, Marketing, Graphic Design, Events and Sales, I have acquired a broad and valuable range of knowledge and skills. I have always wanted to work for myself, and SCD brings together my two favourite things – being creative and helping people. So if you’re wondering how I ended up doing what I love every day, let me tell you how it began!
How it all started
While working as an Executive Assistant in a corporate firm, I started receiving requests from small business to help with their marketing and design. Initially, I took on the jobs on top of my full time workload, but the natural progression was to eventually leave the corporate office and make Sassy Creative Design my full time work.
How I work
Usually, I work from home with the company of my gorgeous dog, Lola. However, I’m flexible in my working arrangements and am perfectly happy to meet you for coffee, work from your office or attend client meetings. This is one of the reasons I love working freelance – every business has different needs, and I’m able to personalise my service to perfectly suit your individual requirements. Outside of face-to-face meetings, I use technologies such as email, Skype, phone and sms to stay connected with my clients (we’re all busy people!).

I have an ‘eagle eye’ for detail. Nothing leaves my desk without being checked, re-checked and checked again. I’m really proud to have a high client-retention rate, and I believe that good old-fashioned customer service and friendliness goes a long way! I also love making cards and wedding invitations & stationery, and I offer a bespoke service for handmade items with that personal touch.
